Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

How long does shipping take?

That depends. For items that are currently in stock shipping is approximately 5-7 business days. Items are shipped through USPS, are we are not responsible with any shipping delays on their part. For items that are custom orders it will depend on if we need to order specific materials for your order, and how long it takes those materials to get to us. We will keep in contact with you every step of the process.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We want all of our customers to be happy with their order. If something is not right with your order please send us photos or videos showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We will do everything we can to make it right. If the outer packaging looks damaged upon delivery please film an unboxing video so that we can file a claim with USPS if your items are damaged.

What if I want to exchange my item?

We would be happy to exchange your item for you. Simply send us the item you do not want and once we receive it we will send your replacement (buyer is responsible for shipping costs). If the item you would like to exchange your original purchase for costs more, you are responsible for paying the difference in cost.

What if I want to return my item?

All returns must be mailed within 5 business days of delivery, and must be in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of the return shipping. Money will be refunded once the returned items are received.
