About Me

My name is Rachel Opersteny, and I'm a 30-something year old Pre-K teacher with ADHD, Autism, and many chronic health issues including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

I tend to struggle with daily pain due to the EDS, especially in my hands. I discovered that phone chains were one way to make holding my phone more comfortable. They make it easier to grip and provide protection against accidental drops. After purchasing a few on other sites that did not meet my expectations for quality, I realized it was time to make my own instead.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as a young child, but did not receive my Autism diagnosis until I was in my 30s. I quickly learned this was a common theme within the Autistic community, and that due to my late diagnosis I had a lot of unmasking to do.

I looked around for resources for newly diagnosed Autistic adults, and struggled to find journals or worksheets that were not created specifically for children. Eventually, I gave up and decided to just create my own. At this point I have only created things that I personally wanted to utilize, but I'm absolutely open to requests for custom documents (for print or to use in the Goodnotes app). If this is something you'd be interested in please feel free to contact me.

I've always loved creating new things, so I decided it was time to share my talents with the world. I started this compa

as a part time side gig to help support my family, and to make life more accessible for others.
